Refund policy
At KnittyBaby we want to make sure that you're completely happy with your purchases. While we don't offer refunds on personalized or customized items, we do understand that things can sometimes go wrong. If your product arrives damaged, we're happy to offer you a refund.
For our branded merchandise, we have a 30-day return policy. Just make sure that your item is in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase, so we can process your return quickly.
To start a return, simply email us at info@knittybaby.com, and we'll provide you with a return shipping label and all the instructions you need. Please don't send anything back without letting us know first, as we won't be able to accept it.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know right away. We'll do everything we can to make things right and get you a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note that custom products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns. However, if you'd like to exchange your item for something else, simply return it and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If it has, we'll process the refund through your original payment method. It may take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, so please be patient.
